Order:
This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of Order, dated 26-11-2008, in WP.No.11861 of 1998, by the respondent.
At the hearing, Mr.C.Sunil Kumar Reddy, learned Counsel for the respondent, stated that his client has prepared a cheque for Rs.2,09,854/- towards full and final settlement of the claim of the petitioner. The cheque has been handed over to Mr.V.Sudhakar Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioner, in the Court.
In view of the above, the Contempt Case is closed with liberty to the petitioner to institute appropriate proceedings, in the event he is not satisfied with the quantum of payment made by the respondent. The respondent is, accordingly, discharged from the contempt proceedings.
