ORDER:
Since the charge sheet is already filed as early as on 09.04.2014 and is pending before III Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam, it is for the said jurisdictional court to take a decision as to whether the investigation is satisfactorily conducted or whether it requires a further investigation.
2. The relief sought for in the present writ petition for directions to reinvestigate the case is, therefore, a matter, which petitioner should appraise before the jurisdictional Magistrate and not before this court. Petitioner is, therefore, at liberty to approach the jurisdictional Magistrate, if he is not satisfied with the investigation and the charge sheet filed.
With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition is disposed of.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
