This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to transfer the investigation pending in Crime No.1145 of 2014 from the file of the first respondent to the file of the second respondent.

KM 2.In this case, the First Information Report was registered in the year 2014, and thereafter, there is no progress in the investigation. Hence, this Court is inclined to grant the relief as prayed for by the petitioner. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, transferring the investigation pending in Crime No.1145 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent, to the file of the second respondent.
