This Civil Revision Petition arises out of order dated 7- 3-2013 in I.A.No.367 of 2013 in O.P.No.856 of 2012 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B. Nagar, Hyderabad.
On 8-8-2013, 22-4-2014 and 5-6-2014, there was no representation for the petitioner. Even today, when the case is called, no one represented the petitioner. Hence, it is reasonable to presume that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing her cause in the case.
The Civil Revision Petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, CRPMP No.2116 of 2013 filed for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
