COMMON JUDGMENT Mr.C.R.Prasanan, learned counsel appearing for the appellant in both the appeals submitted that the parties had settled the matter out of court and in view of the same, the appellant had also instructed him to withdraw the above appeals. The learned counsel for the appellant also filed a memo dated 04.10.2017 for withdrawing the appeals and the learned counsel also made an endorsement in the papers to that effect. The appellant is also present in the court and he also acknowledged the execution of the memo dated 04.10.2017.
2. Mr.S.Mukunth, learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent has no objection for withdrawing the above appeals.
3. In view of the endorsement made in the grounds of the appeal, the appeals are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
