2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after enquiry, the complaint lodged by the petitioner was registered as FIR No.35 of 2017 dated 09.02.2017 for the offence under Section 352 IPC.
3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
