This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of Constitution of India, praying to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 01.08.2019 vide Annexrue-J1 and J2 and 08.08.2019 vide Annxure-J to the W.P. and to pay compensation to the petitioners under the provisions of the right to fair compensation and transparency in land acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.
This Writ Petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing, this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER State counsel accepts notice for respondents No. 1 to 4.
Sri. Pavan Chandra Shetty, learned counsel accepts notice to respondent No.5.
The respondent No.2 - Deputy Commissioner is hereby directed to consider and pass a speaking order on petitioners grievance stated in their representations vide Annexures – J, J1 and J2 respectively within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Further, communicate the decision to each of the petitioner at the earliest.
Accordingly, writ petition stands disposed of.
