By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 10.08.2017 to issue No Objection Certificate to the 2nd respondent enabling him to get sale deed from the Executive Engineer and Administrative Officer, Tamil Nadu Housing Board, Sathuvachari, Vellore in connection with the land and building No.310A(MIG), Arakonam, Vellore District.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner's representation dated 10.08.2017 the 1st respondent has not passed any order so far.
4. Mr.S.Navaneethan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the 1st respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.08.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks.
5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.08.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
