Advocate O R D E R Mr.S.V.Doraisolaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to dispose the proceedings in M.C.No.7/20-17, dated 12.04.2017, in accordance with law.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the proceedings before the 3rd respondent has not yet been disposed of. Further, the learned counsel submitted that festival is scheduled to be held on 04.08.2017.
4. Mr.S.V.Doraisolaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the 3rd respondent may be directed to pass orders, in accordance with law on or before 03.08.2017.
4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, I direct the 3rd respondent to dispose of the proceedings in M.C.No.7/20-17, dated 12.04.2017, on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 03.08.2017.
With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
