Represented by its Commissioner. …Respondent (By Sri.K.Krishna, Advocate) This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of mandamus against the respondent, to consider the representation dated 5.11.2018 vide No.NIL, given by the petitioner, within a time bound period, produced at Annx.A.
This Writ Petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing this day, the Court made the following:

2. The petitioner is seeking for a writ of mandamus to consider the application for allotment of developed sites as compensation to an extent of 11,979 Sq. Ft in Sy. No.107/5 situated at Bheemanakuppe Village, in lieu of giving consent for acquisition of the lands in Sy. No.107/5 situated at Bheemanakuppe Village, Kengeri Hobli, Bengaluru South Taluk, by the respondent for the purpose of formation of Nada Prabhu Kempe Gowda Layout as per approved Consent award dated 05.09.2012. It is the grievance of the petitioner that representation submitted by her as well as her deceased husband to allot the developed sites still remain unconsidered.
3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the Bangalore Development Authority to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 05.11.2018 at Annexure-A and to take a decision in accordance with law in an expeditious manner, in any event, not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the above.
