[M/s.JKM Graphics Solutions Private Limited, Rep. by S.Ravi, Director Vs. The Commercial Tax Officer, Vepery Assessment Circle, Chennai].
2. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed and the impugned order is set aside, in terms of the judgment delivered in the aforementioned Writ Petition. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
