JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed directing the respondent to remove the name of the petitioner in the Rowdy list Sl.No.24 in Cr.No.154 of 2014 on the file of the second respondent herein to secure the ends of justice.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the representation dated 28.05.2015, sent by Registered Post with R.MAHADEVAN, J., sr Acknowledgement Due, has not been considered by the respondents and under such circumstances, the petitioner has filed the present petition seeking to remove the petitioner's name in the Rowdy List.
3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), who submitted that no such representation has been received by the respondent.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh representation along with the copy of this order. When such representation is submitted within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the same shall be considered and necessary orders be passed keeping in mind that any detention order will be valid for a period of two years and the same can be extended by following due process of law. With the above direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
