THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR SAMP No.2033 of 2014 In SECOND APPEAL No.611 of 2014 JUDGMENT:
This SAMP is filed under Order 23, Rule 3 CPC to record compromise between the parties as per the terms of the memorandum of compromise.
2. Appellant/Defendant preferred this Second Appeal and now as per the settlement, the defendant paid a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- in full and final settlement of the claim and the respondent/plaintiff received the same by way of Demand Draft. Both parties present and they have agreed to the terms of compromise.
3. Considering the same, compromise is recorded and petition is ordered, and in terms of the compromise, Second Appeal is dismissed.
4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Second Appeal, shall stand dismissed.
