These petitions coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petitions and the grounds filed herein, order of the High Court dated 9-6-2014 made in Crl.P.Nos. 5618 & 5619 of 2014 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri G.L. Narasimha Rao, Advocate for the petitioner in Crl.MP.No. 6337 of 2014 in Crl.P.No. 5619 of 2014, Dr. K. Satyanarayana Rao, Advocate for the Petitioners in Crl.MP. 10881 of 2014 in Crl.P.No. 5618 of 2014 and of the Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of Respondent in both the Criminal Petitions, the Court made the following ORDER:
Condition No.2 is modified by substituting “Sub Divisional Police Officer/Deputy Superintendent of Police, who is investigating Officer” in place of “SHO concerned”.
Others have been no way onerous, for rest of conditions hold good and time extended for 15 days from today to submit to the judicial custody else the bail order cases to be in force.
Accordingly, petition is ordered.
