2. This Crl.O.P has been filed during the year 2012 and no interim order was granted by this Court. It has now been submitted by the first respondent that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has been laid against the petitioners/A1 and A2 for altered offences under Sections 406, 420 r/w 120 (B) IPC and filed before the Court trying CCB & CBCID cases, Allikulam Complex, Chennai. In view of the fact that the charge sheet has been filed before the Court, nothing survives in this petition and if the petitioners are aggrieved by the charge sheet, they are entitled to challenge it by way of fresh petition if the grounds are made out for quashing.
3. With this observation, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
