K.C.M. Reddy PETITIONER AND 1. Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation, rep. by its Regional Manager, North East Costal Region, Vizianagaram, Vizianagaram District, and another.
RESPONDENTS ORDER:
Sri B. Shiva Kumar,, Learned counsel for the petitioner filed a letter dated 5.11.2014 in the Registry seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.
Permission is accorded and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
