O R D E R Learned High Court Government Pleader is directed to take notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2.
2. The petitioner herein, who is respondent No.2 in proceedings bearing No.JRB/Dava/29(C)/01/2017-18 on the file of respondent No.1 – Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Bengaluru, has come up in this petition seeking quashing of the order dated 09.10.2017, wherein the application dated 27.07.2017 filed by the petitioner herein is dismissed.
3. However, when this matter has come up for consideration today, learned High Court Government Pleader would bring to the notice of this Court that respondent No.1 has in fact disposed of the proceedings bearing No. JRB/Dava/29(C)/01/2017-18 by order dated 21.10.2017, certified copy of which is produced before this Court. It is submitted that in the light of the said proceedings being disposed of by the aforesaid order, the present writ petition has become infructuous.
4. Since the proceedings in which the impugned order is passed itself is disposed of by the first respondent, nothing survives for consideration in this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
5. Learned High Court Government Pleader is permitted to file memo of appearance within two weeks from today.
