JUDGMENT / ORDER

HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.32220 OF 2014
Date:09.12.2014
Between:
K. Bhaskar Yadav .. Petitioner And The State of Telangana, Rep., by its Principal Secretary, Department of Home, Secretariat, Hyderabad and others .. Respondents HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.32220 OF 2014
ORDER:
On 07.11.2014 after hearing the learned counsel for the parties, I had passed the following order:
“Smt. B. Rajeshwari, learned counsel undertakes to appear for R6.
I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Home and learned counsel for R6.
There appears to be some misunderstanding between the petitioner and his wife.
The allegation in the writ petition is with regard to unlawful interference by respondents 3 to 5. It is stated that while the petitioner and his wife are trying to resolve their misunderstandings, but because of intervention of the police at the instance of the 6th respondent, the maternal dispute remains unresolved.
Both the learned counsel, however, stated before the Court that so far as the petitioner and his wife are concerned, they are willing to resolve their misunderstandings and disputes to lead happy marital life. However, the petitioner has serious objections with regard to interference of respondents 3 to 5.
At the request of the Court, both the learned counsel agreed to sit along with the parties and try to resolve the dispute amicably. The willingness shown by the learned counsel is appreciated by the Court.
Hence, to enable the settlement of matrimonial misunderstandings and disputes between the petitioner and his wife as well as the 6th respondent, respondents 3 to 5 are directed not to interfere with the personal affairs of the petitioner and his wife unless any complaint for cognizable offence is received against the petitioner or his wife or the 6th respondent.
List this writ petition ‘for orders’ after four weeks. In the meanwhile, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the 6th respondent, as agreed above, shall sit along with the parties including the wife of the petitioner and try to resolve the dispute amicably.”
Today, learned counsel for the petitioner reports that the dispute between the petitioner and his wife - the 6th respondent has since been amicably resolved and that there are no more issues pending. Therefore, there is no cause for respondents 1 to 5 to interfere with their lives. The efforts made by both the learned counsel as per the order dated 07.11.2014 have been fruitful.
In view of the positive development, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition and the same is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
