ORDER The plea of the petitioner is for a writ of mandamus to direct the respondent to consider the representation dated 15.12.2015 vide Annexure ‘E’.
2. Even as on the date, since the representation has not been considered, it is appropriate to direct the respondent to do so. Consequently, the writ petitions are disposed off. The respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 15.12.2015 vide Annexure ‘E’ and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy this order.
