Learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. R. Radhakrishna Reddy, learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents.
This contempt case is filed alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court dated 12.8.2014 in W.P.22800 of 2014. However, the petitioner himself filed an order dated 25.9.2014 passed by the second respondent which refers to the order of this Court and states that the second respondent considered and disposed of the application of the petitioner.
In view of that, therefore, it cannot be said that the order of this Court was not complied with and consequently the contempt case is not maintainable and it is accordingly dismissed along with miscellaneous applications, if any. No order as to costs.
