Alleging that she was found missing from the hostel, where she was studying, the petitioner has come up with this habeas corpus petition.

Today, when the matter has been taken up for hearing, it is stated by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the girl left the hostel because the Warden of the hostel found fault with the detenue for getting lower marks in the examination. Now, she is returned. Recording the above statement, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed.
