ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: “….to issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction declaring the action of the 4th respondent in not receiving Demand Draft dt.31.10.2014 for release of essential commodities to the petitioner to distribute the stock for the month of November 2014 to the cardholders of F.P. Shop, Thumperamiddela Village, Narpala Mandal, Anantapuram District, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to continue the petitioner as F.P. Shop dealer of F.P. shop, Thumperamiddela Village, Narpala Mandal, by releasing the stock continuously.”
In obedience to the direction issued by this Court, Mr. Ravindra, Tahsildar, Narpala Mandal, is personally present. He has stated that he has released the essential commodities to the petitioner on 07.11.2014 and he has assured that he will not give rise to complaints of this nature in future.
Considering the above-noted subsequent development and the assurance given by respondent No.4, the writ petition is closed.
As a sequel to the closure of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.41853 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
