Bhagyalakshmi S., Advocate for R2-absent) This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to restrain the 1st respondent Bank from dispossessing the petitioner from the schedule properties under the provision of Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI Act) and its Rules thereon and etc.

It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
