Smt. Bhagyalakshmi S., Advocate for R2-absent) This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to restrain the 1st respondent Bank from dispossessing the petitioner from the schedule properties under the provision of Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI Act) and its Rules thereon and etc.
This Writ Petition coming on for Orders, this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER None for the petitioner.
Sri. B.N. Adinarayana, learned counsel for respondent No.1.
None had appeared on behalf of the petitioner on 20.08.2019 also. Thereupon, this Court had directed that in case no appearance is made on behalf of the petitioner on the next date of hearing, appropriate order shall be passed. Today also none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
