This writ petition, coming on for orders, this day, the Court, made the following:
ORDER On 30.01.2009, this Court ordered that if there is no representation on the next date, the petition shall be dismissed for non-prosecution.
2. Even today the matter was called twice and there is no representation for the petitioner.
3. Hence, this petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
