2. Ms.Rita Chandrasekar, learned counsel, appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents may be directed to consider the petitioner's application for educational loan and if it is in order, the respondents may be directed to grant the loan to the petitioner.
3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's educational loan application dated 07.11.2014 and grant the educational loan to the petitioner, if the petitioner is otherwise eligible to get the loan, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
