THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER Petition is admitted. With the consent of the parties, the petition is heard and the same is taken up for hearing.
2. In this petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has assailed the validity of the tender notice dated 05.03.2018. When the matter is taken up today, learned Counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the validity of the tender notice has already been upheld by a decision of this Court in WP Nos.12086-12087/2018 dated 30.07.2018.
3. In view of the aforesaid aspect, the matter cannot be disputed by the learned Counsel for the petitioner.
4. In view of the aforesaid facts of the case and in view of the reasons assigned by this Court in the order dated 30.07.2018 passed in the aforesaid petitions, this writ petition is disposed of in the same terms. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
