Vijayalakshmi, learned advocate for the petitioner states that a substantial amount of retirement dues is yet to be paid to the petitioner and that some amount has been received by the petitioner. In that view of the matter, the respondents shall pay the balance amount within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the writ of the order of this Court failing which it shall be open to the petitioner to revive this petition. Petition stands disposed of accordingly. Notice is discharged. Interim relief, if any, stands vacated.
