An affidavit of compliance has been filed by Dr. Sarvendra Vikram Bahadur Singh working as Director of Education (Basic) U.P.. In paragraph no. 4 of which, it has been stated that the deponent has taken a decision in the matter by an order dated 22.12.2021 after providing opportunity of hearing to the parties. The order dated 22.12.2021 has been filed as the first annexure to this affidavit.
Learned counsel for the applicant has fairly contended that the order of the writ Court has now been complied with.
Under the circumstances, the contempt application is consigned to the record.
