JUDGMENT / ORDER

In compliance with the order dated 19.12.2011 passed by this Court, learned APP has produced the file pertaining to investigation along with report of Investigating Officer i.e. Police Inspector, LCB, Patan and further order dated 04.01.2012 passed by the Superintendent of Police, Patan by which investigation of the subject matter of this petition and FIR in question is now ordered to be carried out by Deputy Superintendent of Police, Siddhpur.
In view of the above, at this stage, the grievance of the petitioner does not survive anymore.
Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of.
