(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE C L SONI) This application is for condonation of delay of 83 days in filing First Appeal (Stamp) No. 71 of 2012. We have heard learned advocate Mr. Raval for the respondent. Considering the contents of the application, we find that the applicant has sufficiently explained the delay occured in filing first appeal.

Delay of 83 days in filing first appeal is therefore condoned. Rule is made absolute.

First appeal shall now come up for admission hearing on 02.04.2012.
