JUDGMENT / ORDER

(PER : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) The present appeal is filed against judgment and order 15.03.2012 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Narmada at Rajpipla in Sessions Case No.6 of 2012, whereby the learned Sessions Judge was pleased to convict the appellant-accused for offences under Sections 302, 201, 397 and 363 of the Indian Penal Code and award life imprisonment, fine of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) and in default, R.I. for one year.
Heard learned Advocate Mr.M.R.Molavi for the appellant.
