As per the office report dated 30.5.2018, the steps have not been taken in compliance of the order dated 28.2.2018 passed by another Bench of this Court, operative portion of which reads as under:
"It is made clear that if the petitioners do not take steps to serve notice to respondent no.3 within two weeks' from today, the interim protection granted above shall automatically vacated and this petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to any Bench of this Court."
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
