Heard Sri Sunil Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned standing counsel for the State.
At the very out the learned standing counsel has pointed out that first information report has been lodged by respondent no.4, which has been registered as case crime No.91 of 2019, under Sections 363, 366 I.P.C. and Section 8 of POCSO Act, Police Station Mirhachi, District Etah.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press the writ petition.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
