The petitioner is seeking consideration of her claim for being posted in District Jhansi on the grounds that the petitioner's husband has been transferred to District Jhansi in the year 2015 and her father- in-law is suffering from cancer, his treatment is going on in Tata Memorial Centre and it is necessary for the petitioner to join her family so that she may look after her ailing father-in-law.
To this submission, it would be appropriate that the petitioner's claim shall be given due consideration by the competent authority.
In view thereof, the present petition is being disposed of with the direction as follows:-
1. The petitioner shall move a fresh representation before respondent no.1 namely Commissioner Gramya Vikash U.P. at Lucknow giving details of the adverse circumstances being faced by her alongwith certified copy of this order within a period of two weeks from today.
2. In case such a representation is filed, the respondent no.1 namely the Commissioner Gramya Vikash U.P. at Lucknow shall consider the same sympathetically and take an appropriate decision in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of submission of the representation.
