Mr.
Ashok Anganlal Kedia, opponent No.1 in present Civil Application and petitioner in Special Civil Application No.2719 of 2012, had filed a pursis in the registry declaring that his advocate Shri B.R.Gupta is now not able to appear on his behalf and that therefore, he may be granted two weeks time for engaging services of another advocate. He has also declared by the said pursis that, in the meanwhile, if any reply is filed in the present civil application or the main writ petition, the same may be served to his address, as mentioned in the said pursis.
In furtherance of the pursis filed by Mr. Ashok Anganlal Kedia, office has placed present matter alongwith office note dated 14.9.2012 for appropriate orders.
Considering the pursis filed by Mr. Ashok Anganlal Kedia, for engaging services of advocate on his behalf, proceedings are adjourned to 3.10.2012.
In the meanwhile, if any reply is filed, the same may be served to Mr. Ashok Anganlal Kedia to the address mentioned in the pursis.
The office note dated 14.9.2012 stands disposed of accordingly.
