Petitioner no. 2 shall make a fixed deposit of Rs.50,000/- in the name of petitioner no. 1.
If the petitioners wants to appear before the concerned Marriage Registration Officer to get their marriage registered and place the marriage certificate on record on or before 30.11.2018 by way of supplementary affidavit.
List on 30.11.2018.
Meanwhile, issue notice to the private respondent.
