Petitioner claims to have applied for appointment on the post of Group-B (Anudeshak) in Government Industrial Training Institute, Lucknow. Her grievance is that though selection proceedings were undertaken in the year 2014 and petitioner also participated in the interview etc., but thereafter final result has not been declared so far.
Attention of the Court has been invited to various correspondence made under the R.T.I. Act, wherein also none of the desired information has been furnished to the petitioner. Submission is that authorities are not examining the petitioner's grievance.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that the grievance of the petitioner would be examined by respondent No. 2.
In the facts and circumstances noticed above, it would be appropriate to permit the petitioner to represent her grievance before respondent No. 2 along with certified copy of this order, annexing all relevant materials in support of such claim, within a period of four weeks from today. The concerned authority shall call for necessary records and pass a reasoned order upon petitioner’s representation in respect of her candidature for appointment to the post in question within a period of four months thereafter.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
