Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State and also perused the records.
Grievance of the petitioner is that the application filed by the petitioner on 20.09.2019 for the correction of his date of birth in the High School Mark-sheet, was not being decided. A prayer, therefore, has been made for a direction to decide the petitioner's application dated 20.09.2019 expeditiously.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid application.
Without entering into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the application filed by the petitioner on 20.09.2019 for the correction of his date of birth in the High School Mark-sheet, be decided, unless there is any legal impediment, within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order. Copy of this order would be duly certified by the petitioner's counsel.
With the aforesaid observations/directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
