Learned counsel for the respondent no.4 submits that the matter being matrimonial in nature was sent to Mediation Centre by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 23.10.2018. From a perusal of the report of Mediation Centre dated 11.3.2019, the mediation process between the parties has failed, hence, the present petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
