Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the prayer to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to take final decision so far as the allotment of land which is adjacent to plot no. D-24, situated in Government Industrial Estate, Deoria.
There is a recommendation letter in favour of petitioner. It is submitted that the authorities are delaying the matter without any reason.
The learned counsel for the State-respondents to pass instructions that the decision shall be taken on or before 31.10.2021 and reasoned order shall be passed.
We have not gone into the merits of the case at this stage as the only prayer prayed for is requesting the authorities to decide the application.
Hence, we permit the same to decide on or before 31.10.2021. With these observations, this petition stands disposed of.
