Heard Deepak Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Sanjay Singh, learned A.G.A.-I on behalf of State.
The applicant by means of this application under section 482 Cr.P.C. has invoked the inherent jurisdiction of this Court with a prayer to direct the court below issued the process under section 82 & 83 against the opposite party nos. 2 & 3 for arrest in Case Crime No. 268 of 2018 (State Vs. Amit Miranda & others) under section 2/3 Gangster Act, Police Station Medical College, District Meerut, pending before the Additional Sessions Judge-V/Gangster Act, P.S. Medical College, District Meerut.
After hearing the learned A.G.A. and after perusing the order impugned as well as material on record, this court is of the opinion that no interference required by this Court in the present case.
This application lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed.
