Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Gaurav Pratap Singh, learned brief holder for the State.
Sri Singh upon instructions states that after recording the statement of the victim under Section 164 Cr.P.C. the inquiry officer has submitted final report, as no credible evidence could be collected. This writ petition is accordingly, dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to take further recourse as may be available to the petitioner under the provisions of Cr.P.C.
