At the very outset, Sri Shashi Bhushan Rai, Advocate who has put in appearance on behalf of respondent no.4 has brought to the notice of the Court that First Information Report as Case Crime No.0196 of 2021 at P.S. Alapur, District Budaun, under Sections 363, 366 IPC has been registered against petitioner no.2.
In view of the above, this writ petition has become infructuous. Dismissed accordingly.
