1. None for the petitioners.
2. On last date, time was sought by the learned counsel for the petitioners to enable him to provide complete address /particulars of respondent no.4.
3. As per office report, no compliance of this order has been made till date.
4. In the first round, when nobody appeared for the petitioners, with a view to facilitate a fair hearing to the learned counsel for the petitioners, case was put up after lunch. Bench Secretary of this Court contacted learned counsel, who has informed him that he is out of station, he is not able to assist the court.
5. Neither any adjustment slip has been filed, nor any application seeking adjustment for today has been moved. Learned counsel for the petitioners has also not shown regard towards the court by sending some counsel, seeking either adjournment or adjustment and, therefore, it appears that counsel for the petitioners is not interested in pursuing the petition. Same is dismissed for want of prosecution.
