Petitioner is aggrieved with an order rejecting temporary permit application. Petitioner contends that the same is against Ext.P3 judgment. However, this Court does not find anything in Ext.P5 which is in violation of Ext.P3. By Ext.P3, the petitioner was granted temporary permit for four months. But, according to the petitioner, the respondent, instead of granting temporary permit for four months, granted only upto 4.11.2014. The subsequent application submitted by the petitioner was rejected on the grounds stated therein. Leaving the liberty of the petitioner to approach the respondent for relief, the writ petition is closed.
