JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner is a regular stage carriage permit holder operating vehicle bearing registration No. KL 6/D 4759 operating on the route Punalur - Pernganadu Market. It is contended that subsequent to the allotment of timings to the petitioner, several other services were introduced in the same sector and the timings of several services have also been changed and, therefore, the petitioner submitted Ext.P1 application for revision of timings of her service. The petitioner prays for an expeditious consideration of her application. 2. If Ext.P1 application has been received in original in W.P. ( C ) No. 34123 of 2014 - M 2 the office of the respondent, the respondent shall issue notice of hearing within one week of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment to the petitioner, and any other stage carriage operators adversely affect by change in timings sought for by the petitioner and also display public notice in the notice board of the office of the respondent and shall then, consider the prayer of the petitioner, in accordance with law, and by convening a timing conference at any rate, within a period of two months from the date of publication of the above notice. Needless to say that any revision of timing made shall be subject to implementation of D3 Circular.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
