J U D G M E N T Learned counsel for the appellant has filed a memo dated 25.11.2019 stating that during the pendency of the present appeal, the decreetal amount along with interest has been paid by the legal representative of the deceased appellant in Execution Petition filed by the respondent herein in Execution Petition No.1032/2013 and hence, this appeal may be dismissed as not pressed.
Accordingly, in view of the memo, the appeal is dismissed as not pressed.
The Registry is directed to refund the Court fee to the appellant on proper identification.
