Respondent This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to set aside the impugned dismissal order dated 20.04.2018 and restore the said complaint on the file of the LVII A.C.M.M., Bengaluru with a direction to afford proper, reasonable and sufficient opportunity to the petitioner to prosecute the case.
This Criminal Petition coming for orders this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R Though the matter is listed for complying with office objections, there is no representation on behalf of petitioner.
2. This Court has looked into case papers to ascertain as to whether any fruitful purpose would be served for granting further time. A perusal of the prayer sought for in petition would disclose that petitioner is seeking for a direction to the trial Court to dispose of C.C.No.52696/2017 within time frame, said to be pending before LVII Additional C.M.M., Bengaluru.
3. Hence, ignoring office objections raised, this petition stands disposed of by directing LVII Additional C.M.M., Bengaluru to dispose of the proceedings pending in C.C.No.52696/2017 expeditiously if not already disposed of.
