ORDER The petitioner seeks for the release of her husband.
2. The learned Government Advocate who accepts notice for the respondents submits that the Detenue Sri.Shankar, was arrested and produced before the Principle Civil Judge (Junior Division) and JMFC Court, JLB Road, Mysuru City, in Crime No.0226 of 2017.
3. In view of the submissions made, the petitioner’s counsel seeks leave to withdraw the petition. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
Learned Government Advocate is permitted to file the memo of appearance within four weeks.
