JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court in the year 2004 regarding improper construction of retaining wall.
2. It is stated in the counter affidavit that the retaining wall was constructed in order to protect the road from the soil erosion.
Considering the nature of the reliefs sought for in the year 2004, I am of the view that the matter has become infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed as infructuous.
